In fact the employees were clearly annoyed that we even seem to want to stay at the hotel. What was most frustrating was that not one hotel employee apologized for the inconvenience of having to wait around for our room. While the whole point was to hang out with friends and have the convenience of being next door we agreed to change our room type. they told us if we were willing to take a room other than our requested adjoined rooms they could check us in. The gentleman working the Concierge desk was anything but helpful and it was clear he was tired of hearing upset customers waiting to get access to their room. and were told they had no idea when our room would be ready. and were told they were just waiting for housekeeping to sign off and it should be ready within 10 minutes. as the check in line was a half hour long and the room should be ready by 4 p.m. However, we were told to check back in at 3:30 p.m. we were understanding that our room was not yet available since it wasn't guaranteed until 4 p.m. While we tried to check in early at 2:30 p.m. We stayed one night at the hotel this past Sunday.
